All players who tryout must submit a signed copy of the Junior Tryout Information Registration & Waiver Form to club administrators prior to trying out. Players under 18 years of age must have the tryout form signed by their parent or guardian.
* Players under 18 cannot tryout without parental signature.
4. Please arrive approximately 20 minutes early to turn in paperwork and be dressed and ready.
5. TRYOUTS WILL BE CLOSED which means parents will not be allowed in the gym to watch.
Each athlete will be given a tryout number on their front & back and will be evaluated throughout the tryout. When the tryout is complete, Coaches will extend offers to Players and will meet together (alternates included) to meet the Coach(es) and have the opportunity to sign their commitment letter. Each athlete is allowed to make their official decision prior to 7pm on Sunday. If your daughter knows at that time she will not be accepting our offer, we ask you let us know immediately.

Alternates
An alternate is called when a Player with an offer does not commit to the team. If in the event that a Player declines the top team (Navy) another Player may be moved up to Navy and another alternate will be called. Please make sure the number listed on the tryout registration form is one that can be answered at any time following Tryouts.

FACILITY RESTRICTIONS - ONLY PLAYERS ALLOWED IN FACILITY after Registration
NO PARENTS, SIBLINGS, or FAMILY MEMBERS
* Parents will be allowed to meet with the Athlete in the gym after offers are made
Each offer will be held open until:

11u-14u - 7pm on Sunday, October 26, 2025
15u-18u - 7pm on Sunday, July 27, 2025
at which time the offer may be revoked.
If your daughter knows at that time she will not be accepting an offer, we ask you let us know immediately to allow an offer to be extended to an alternate.

Wentzville Heat Volleyball Coaches will be assigned to assist in registration, running drills, and evaluation of the participants. Coaches for each age group will have their individual evaluation criteria which will include Volleyball Skills & Athletic Ability, but may also include Attitude, Competitiveness, Coachability, and Potential.
​ 6. REGISTRATION & COMMITMENT NIGHT
Once you have been selected to a team, you will be provided your respective Team Information regarding your Coaches, Expectations, Parent Meeting, Club Fees, Tournaments, Practices, Uniforms, Registration, and any additional team specific items.

Tryout fee is $20 per player - Pre-Registration or Pay at the Door
