INFORMATION

We recognize the challenges that "Tryout Weekends" brings. As such, we try to be as flexible as possible.  

Attendance at a Wentzville Heat Volleyball tryout is mandatory to be considered for a Team. 

We understand that there are conflicts between tryouts. Our coaches participate in our entire tryout day so if an athlete in unable to participate during the time that their age tryout is being held, the athlete can attend a different age tryout. We do ask that you coordinate with the Club Director or the Coach to ensure the coach's availability to watch the athlete's tryout. 

Late arrival or early departure - There are going to be overlaps with Club tryouts. Wentzville Heat Volleyball does not penalize athletes that arrive late or leave early. However, the Athlete should attend the majority of the Tryout so that the coach can evaluate the athlete's performance.

• If arriving late, bring the completed USAV Tryout waiver and Player Information Sheet. This will speed up the registration process and get the athlete on the court as quickly as possible. 

• If the athlete is departing early we do ask that the athlete informs a coach that they are leaving.
